This hedgehog tribe is led by Jurkin (he and his niece Tingle are the only named members) and travels aboard large rafts with a hut in the middle. They are relatives of Lollery and the the Spearbacks, seem to dislike the Forthrights, enjoy swimming in watermeadows, and gather various foods such as berries and fish. Members expertly wield slings and participate in a sport they call "spiketussling".
