Dibby is the Empraking of the Bloodrippers tribe who lives with them in some sand dunes. He is the husband of Dukwina and, despite his title, often submits to her every demand as the males are lower on the totem pole than the females. The two are stripped of their crowns by Ruggan who hands the titles to Luggi and Wuzgo.
