Cynthia is a young resident of Redwall where she lives with her family. She is the daughter of Mr. Bankvole (presumed) and Lettie, and older sister of Rollo. Along with several others she is kidnapped by Slagar's gang, and while marching to the Kingdom of Malkariss she constantly whines and quickly starts to get on everybeasts' nerves. Her anxiety gets even worse when Vitch cruelly tells her that her mother has been slain by the vermin, however she ends up participating in the final battle. She is later returned to Redwall where her and Rollo become Bellringers.
