This murder of crows is led by Krakulat (he and his wife Bonebeak are the only named members) and reside in a large pine grove. As revenge for the death of his mother at the paws of Marbul and Scarback, an enraged Krakulat orders his birds to attack Swartt's horde. As a result, the ferret warlord has the pine grove burned down and leaves but this doesn't stop the crows as they pick off soldiers in the open. Most of the birds are fatally impaled by spears during a night assault, and the rest are killed by Shang's crew.
