Corriam is a resident of Green Isle who wields a lance. He is the brother of High Queen Rhulain Wildlough, husband of Runa, son-in-law of Alem, and ancestor of Banjon and Tiria. While pursuing some wildcats at sea his ship is attacked by them, and they kill his sister as well as severely wound him. He is discovered on a beach by Runa who heals him, and they end up falling in love. As her father disagrees with this, she runs away with her mate to Redwall where he fixes his lance and his late sister's coronet (he had taken this during the cats' assault). After he passes away, Runa gives the weapon to her good friend Geminya who uses it as a curtain rail in the Attic and hides the coronet inside the sleeve.
