This tribe of pygmy shrews is led by Bodjev and reside in a large cavern in the flatlands, with the entrance concealed by a waterfall. They hunt "elvers" (small eels) to make pies and, to ensure this keeps happening, have an odd tradition in which each member dances under a stalactite; if a water droplet falls on a shrew, he/she is thrown to Yo Karr. This is stopped by Bodjev when his daughter Dinat is chosen and Deyna/Tagg kills the gigantic eel, then the tribe farms various berries and vegetables on the mountain ledges. Most are slain in a landslide started by Gruven's cronies.
