Catseyes is a resident of Terramort and Captain of Seatalon who participates in the failed pursuit of a deserted Greypatch. While sailing back to the island his ship crashes into a partially-destroyed Greenfang, capturing Dandin and Durry in the process. He steals Martin's sword from the former and, upon returning to Terarmort, has Fishtail go inside the fortress to see if there is any discussion of a possible mutiny against Gabool. Joseph then boards the vessel, and Catseyes is killed by him before he can find out the answer.
