Cardo is a member of Luke's tribe who lives with them on the North Shores. He is the father of Fripple, suffers a horrific loss when she is killed by Daskar's crew during the vicious massacre, and joins Luke aboard Sayna while they are pursuing the corsairs. He initially acts as Beau's assistant cook before taking over when the hare is swept overboard, and he is killed when Goreleech purposely rams into them at Twin Islands.
