Ungatt Trunn, wildcat warlord, has come to Salamandastron to conquer the famous mountain. With his fearsome Blue Horde soldiers at his side he will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Only the aging Lord Stonepaw stands in his way, but he will not surrender so easily.

Brocktree, Stonepaw's son, is traveling to the ancient fortress and meets hilarious haremaid Dotti along the way. Upon learning of Trunn's conquest he sets his sights on King Bucko's court, hoping the mountain hare will help him. Along with Dotti and some new friends he continues on his journey to Salamandastron - but are they too late to stop the evil wildcat?
