Burrom is a resident of Southsward who suffers a serious head injury when a mast falls on her before she and her adopted children (Benjy, Figgs, and Wincey respectively) are marooned on the Island of Wrecked Ships. She passes away about a month prior to Pearl Queen's arrival on the island.
