Bula is a resident of Mossflower and member of Warthorn's crew. She wields a javelin and sling, is an expert swimmer as well as a skilled fighter, and most likely second-in-command. Along with Pear she takes Germaine's group to Brockhall, and later helps to purposely sink Wuddship.
