Borumm is a dagger-wielding Rapscour in the Rapscallions army who, along with Vendace, sides with Byral. They and Lugworm attempt to assassinate Damug but fail and sentenced to live the remainder of their seasons in chains, however they escape with about thirty scouts. They are all caught by Skaup, and Damug orders their execution by being thrown into a river with stones tied to their necks.
