Borrakul is a resident of Noonvale and, along with his brother Elachim, a member of the Wandering Noonvale Companions Troupe. He participates in battle against the Marlfoxes but suffers a terrible loss when Elachim is killed by Predak, and after this he grows quite vengeful. During a later fight he fulfills his promise when he strangles Predak and she dies after falling over the wall in an attempt to escape.
