Boggs is a member of Clogg's crew who wields a bow and, thanks to his sharp eyesight, acts as lookout. He serves as witness for the corsairs when an uneasy treaty is signed between Badrang and Clogg, later joining the former's army and becoming a Captain. He is killed in the Battle of Marshank.
