Bluggach is a large Rapmark in the Rapscallions army who wields a cutlass and pike. During the Battle of the Ridge of a Thousand he commands a quarter of the soldiers (along with Skaup and his group of fighters) in attacking the ridge where the Redwallers are, however this plan fails. Towards the end of the gruesome fight he engages in some insults with Gurgan before being killed by the hedgehog's mallet.
