Bladj is a member of the Brownrats tribe who appears to serve as a minor officer as he often leads attacks or scouting groups. He is extremely cruel to a captured Magger, often calling him "Maggot", and is killed by a huge boulder from Gorath while he commands some soldiers up the Plateau.
