Allag is a resident of Marlfox Island and member of the water rat army that serves the Marlfoxes who joins them on the trip to Mossflower to steal things for a greedy Silth. He is possibly a minor officer as he commands a group of forty soldiers, and participates in battle against the Redwallers.
