Algador is a resident of Salamandastron and Ninth Spring Runner in the Long Patrol whose surname comes from the fact that, like all hares, he is an extremely swift runner. He is the younger brother of Riffle, wields a sabre and sling, and participates in the Battle of the Ridge of a Thousand.
