This corsair ship is originally captained by Conva who uses her to sail to Mossflower's northwestern shore where he slaughters Lutra's holt and steals the Tears of all Oceans. Flairnose and Graylunk then take the pearls and flee into the woodlands, forcing Conva to return to Sampetra empty-pawed. He is killed by Ublaz who hands the ship to Romsca, and she sails her crew and Lask (along with some of his lizards) to Mossflower so they can retrieve the pearls. While they are unsuccessful at their mission they do capture Durral and Viola, taking them aboard the ship to be used as hostages. While on the return trip to Sampetra the brewing hatred between both sides eventually explodes, and a vicious battle ensues. Durral is the only survivor as he hides during the fight, and as it is too late to turn around a dying Romsca tells him how to reach Sampetra. Upon arriving on the island he is enslaved by Ublaz but later rescued, and the ship is burned by Martin II.
